Starting with our in house dedicated reactive maintenance helpdesk, who work closely with our fleet of reactive engineers. Our fleet of company owned, fully stocked vehicles are live tracked by Fleetmatics. This enables the helpdesk to send the closest engineer in business critical situations, ensuring an engineer arrives as soon as possible.
We can tailor make a maintenance package to suit your needs, offering guaranteed attendance times from 2 hours to 7 days, evenings and weekends.
Working with Best, you are assigned a dedicated account manager who will have a team operating on your behalf. We feel that by utilising the same operatives it allows us to become familiar with your personal working practices and assets, speeding up the reactive process even more.
At Best Electrical we care about the environment, this is why we offer the option to have a paperless reactive maintenance service using our bespoke electronic job system, Bumblebee.
